The Raven meeting the Wolf (TAG: DEAN)

Esmeralda had gotten quite bored after her chat with Kuzco. It was fun talking to him, but not as fun as her and Anya's conversations were. That girl did the most random stuff at times, but always gave Esme a good laugh. Too bad they were not in the same room any more, Esme needed some entertainment. Her piercing, green eyes slowly went to the barred door, before looking back at Kuzco. He seemed to be minding his own business. With an idea quickly popping into her head, she smirked. Esmeralda slowly stood up and walked straight to the door. Her hands quickly gripping the bars. With a quick glance around what she could see, she quickly caught the sight of one of the guards. It was a male with dark, black hair, who seemed a bit older than her. With a smirk formed on her face, Esme whistled to get the man's attention.

"Hello, guard, I would love to speak with you." Esmeralda cooed, laughing slightly as she started to get really happy. She was going to have fun picking on this guard. She slowly did a little pose as she leaned more closer to the bars. Esmeralda felt like a mischievous toddler. One who wanted attention only to tease, and was up to no good. Hopefully the guard would play back.

'Oh please play back!' Esme thought in her head.

"Techinally, I'm already in line." Esmeralda said as she pointed to the bars. She was precisely between two of them. "I'm between both of these bars, making me in line. Also, I am doing nothing wrong, I just want to talk. Is that so bad?" She asked, tilting her head as her smirk widened. This guy was already entertaining her, plus it didn't help when the man was already trying not to pay attention to her. Guys like this guard always made her keep going. Esmeralda held no fear and no regrets when it came to acting like a smartass with other people. She knew where she lied here, but she knew what lines not to cross. Even if the man was telling her to get in line, she was already in line. All she was asking for was a chat, not threatening the man.

Plus, even if he did somehow punish her. It wasn't like she wasn't going to enjoy it. "Please? I promise to be good." Esmeralda cooed, hoping the next response would either be enjoyable or, the response she wanted.

Esmeralda looked back at Kuzco and saw that he was sitting by the wall and talking to it. Which caused her eyebrow to raise. She was wondering if he was alright. Normally people only talked to walls when they were a bit insane. As she continued to stare at Kuzco, she heard another voice. Causing her to sigh to herself. Good, she wasn't in a room with a insane person who acted normal. She turned her attention back on the guard, "I do, but he is chatting with someone on the other side of our walls." Esmeralda replied to the guard, hoping he was going to finally chat with her.

Now, she didn't mind if the guard didn't want to talk to her. Nor did she care if he was going to be sarcastic. All she wanted right now was a conversation, and she wasn't the type to intrude on other's conversations. If she was, she would leave this guard alone until later and talk with Kuzco and the other person. Which would have to wait until she is done talking with this guard. Her green eyes staring at him with a smirk on her lips.

Esmeralda couldn't help but laugh at his little question, before raising her eyebrow and giving him a curious look. "Well if you put it that way, then it does sound like I'm desperate. When really all I am doing is trying to get to know the guard in charge." She said, tilting her head a bit, "Is it really bad wanting to know just a little about the person in charge?" She asked as she tried to hold in her laughter. Esmeralda knew exactly what she was doing, and she didn't care one bit. So what if she would get punished, it wasn't like she wasn't use to getting hurt, but she was going to try to play her cards right. She was going to try her best not to get in trouble. Yes she was being a bit 'naughty', but she knew what she was doing was completely harmless. The moment she starts threatening, or insulting him, that would be what would get her in huge trouble.

Esmeralda now stood there in silence, waiting to hear from the guard some more. Maybe she'd be able to get to know his name. As she waited, she slowly started to lean against the wall right next to the door, giving her another great view of the guard.
