Jim was sitting with his back against the bars looking at the empty wall in front of him. No light, no sounds; except his cellmate who was sleeping - he wondered how she actually managed to sleep on the floor. He moved his look from the wall to her just to be sure she was really sleeping. Seems yes.

He moved again his look to the wall and closed his eyes laying his head at the bars. Again there were no noises. What kind of prison don't make sounds?! Wait! Footsteps! Someone was coming.
Jim immediately opened his eyes and waited for the noise to come closer.

Helga walked down the halls, periodically peering into the cells checking on all the other inmates. A young man caught her attention, he stared at her curiously. "Got something to say, inmate?" She asked, glaring at him.

He looked young, maybe even too young to be stuck in a prison for the rest of his life. He must've really screwed up.

Jim blinked confused and turned his head when he heard a voice. A voice that was talking to him! Seriously?! His low profile didn't really work in prison.

"Do I look like someone that has something to say?" he asked doing his best to look 'cool' or at least not like a fish out of water; he was still studying the best way to survive there, so sometime he played the 'tough' role and sometime he kept a low profile. He seriously didn't know which one worked better!

Helga smirked and crossed her arms. "Well, if you really didn't care to speak you would've just ignored me or shook your head at me. But instead you decide to counteract my question." She said, cocking her head to look at the boy. "So yes, I think you do want to say something. Or at least get some sort of attention." She stepped up closer to the bars and gave the boy a playful yet cunning smile.

Jim blinked, he actually didn't except that reply from her. He thought that she would walk away or just ignore his reply. But in a some how he was happy to have someone to chat with and pass the time, since he seriously had a lot of free time at the moment.

"Well..." He got up from and turned to her "Who's not seeking attention?" he chuckled.

"Have you heard these halls?" She asked, looking around. "It's mostly silent." She tapped her fingers on her waist and stared at the cell the boy was staying in. It was moldy and dirt and dust was everywhere.

"Gettin' cozy in there?" She asked sarcastically.

Jim turned to look at his cell, that one was seriously much better than the previous one, at least they had the beds!

"Of course." he chuckled turning again to her "It's like being at home.." he smirked.
