You are free to start a TTW (Through the Wall) conversation with anyone in a cell close enough. In case of these conversations, start a topic in the cell you wish to talk to and put this before the topic name:
"TTW W/ CELL (YOUR CELLNUMBER HERE)". Here are the list of which cells can hear which other cells:

A1: can hear A2.
A2: can hear A1 and A3.
A3: can hear A2.

B1: can hear B2.
B2: can hear B1 and B3.
B3: can hear B2.

C1: can hear C2.
C2: can hear C1 and C3.
C3: can hear C2 and C4.
C4: can hear C3.

ISOLATION: can't hear anyone.

C1 can't shout to C3?? Mulan's pretty loud.

Haha, sorry xD The reason I did it like this was because that would make a whole complicated three-way TTW with 3 rooms (as obviously, if you shouted to C3, C2 would hear it as well..), and would end in a lot of inevitable confusion on who heard what, and what was meant for who. I prefer keeping it this way ^^

No, the cells will be put wall to wall, with the bars out against the hall. Which means the guard will see everything, but the guards will unfortunatly not be able to see each other, no ^^''

Ooh, I thought that it was barred walls between the cells as well. It would've been really cruel if the other cells could see us use the toilet D: But thank you to both for asking and answering, because it saved me some confusion for later on ^^

Since the bars are out against the hall, can the cells on the other side see us? Or are all the cells on one side?

All the cells will be on one side ^^
